Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

1. Introduction

 
International Supply Chain & Consultancy Services Ltd (ISCACS) is committed to conducting its business with integrity, transparency, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy outlines our commitment to preventing and detecting bribery and corruption in all aspects of our business operations and to fostering a culture of ethical behavior and compliance. 


2. Scope

 
This Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy applies to all ISCACS employees, directors, officers, contractors, agents, and business partners, regardless of their location or role. 


3. Key Principles


a. Compliance: ISCACS will comply with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) in the US, the UK Bribery Act, and any local anti-bribery and corruption laws in Trinidad and Tobago. 
b. Zero Tolerance: ISCACS has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, whether committed by our employees, contractors, agents, or business partners. 
c. Prohibition of Bribery: ISCACS prohibits all forms of bribery, including offering, giving, soliciting, or receiving anything of value, directly or indirectly, to obtain or retain business, secure an improper advantage, or influence the actions of a public official, private individual, or business entity. 
d. Gifts and Hospitality: ISCACS employees, contractors, agents, and business partners must exercise caution and good judgment when offering or receiving gifts, hospitality, or entertainment, ensuring that such exchanges are reasonable, appropriate, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

 
4. Roles and Responsibilities


a. Management: ISCACS management is responsible for ensuring the implementation and enforcement of this Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and for providing the necessary resources, support, and direction. 
b. Employees and Contractors: All ISCACS employees and contractors are responsible for understanding and complying with this Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws, regulations, and requirements, and for reporting any concerns or incidents through appropriate channels. 

 

5. Reporting and Investigation

 
a. ISCACS encourages employees, contractors, and business partners to report any suspected or actual instances of bribery or corruption without fear of retaliation or reprisal. 
b. ISCACS will investigate all reports promptly, fairly, and confidentially, and take appropriate corrective and disciplinary actions as necessary. 
c. Employees and contractors who report concerns or incidents in good faith will be protected from any form of retaliation or adverse consequences. 


6. Training and Awareness 


ISCACS will provide regular training and awareness programs to its employees, contractors, and business partners to ensure their understanding of and compliance with this Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws, regulations, and requirements. 


7. Monitoring and Review 


ISCACS will regularly monitor and review the effectiveness of this Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and make any necessary updates to ensure its ongoing alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
