Reporting and Non-Retaliation: We encourage employees and business partners to report any concerns or suspected violations of this Policy or applicable laws and regulations, without fear of retaliation.

a. Management: ISCACS management is responsible for setting the tone and promoting a culture of ethical behavior and compliance, ensuring the implementation of this Policy, and providing the necessary resources for its enforcement. 
b. Employees and Business Partners: All ISCACS employees and business partners are responsible for understanding and complying with this Policy and applicable laws and regulations, and reporting any concerns or suspected violations through appropriate channels. 

 

6. Enforcement

ISCACS will investigate all reports of concerns or suspected violations promptly and fairly, and take appropriate corrective action, including disciplinary measures, as necessary.

ISCACS reserves the right to amend or update this Ethics and Compliance Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the effective date at the top of this page.
