1. Introduction

This HSE Policy applies to all ISCACS employees, contractors, and business partners involved in our operations, regardless of their location or role.

c. Risk Management: We will proactively identify and assess HSE risks associated with our operations, products, and services, and implement appropriate measures to prevent, minimize, and mitigate potential impacts.
d. Communication and Training: We will provide appropriate HSE training and communication to our employees, contractors, and business partners to ensure understanding and adherence to our HSE requirements.
e. Emergency Preparedness and Response: We will establish and maintain effective emergency preparedness and response plans to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, clients, and the communities in which we operate.
f. Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuous improvement in our HSE performance by setting measurable objectives and targets, monitoring and reviewing our progress, and taking corrective actions as necessary.
4. Roles and Responsibilities
a. Management: ISCACS management is responsible for ensuring the implementation and enforcement of this HSE Policy and for providing the necessary resources, support, and direction.
b. Employees and Contractors: All ISCACS employees and contractors are responsible for understanding and complying with this HSE Policy and applicable HSE laws, regulations, and requirements, and for reporting any concerns or incidents through appropriate channels.
5. Reporting and Review
We encourage employees, contractors, and business partners to report any HSE concerns or incidents without fear of retaliation. ISCACS will investigate all reports promptly and fairly, and take appropriate corrective actions as necessary. We will regularly review and update this HSE Policy to ensure its ongoing effectiveness and alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
